whore,

From PETER Koss, Esq., M.A. (Hons.), B.Sc.

Broughton Pupil-Teachers' Institute, Edinburgh, and September 1912.

It gives me the greatest pleasure to be able to testify to the character and ability of my brilliant pupil Mr W. KAY.

As a pupil in my classes in Mathematics he has always taken a very high place, and his excellent work of last session He is a entitled him to the First Prize in these Classes. very able and promising Mathematician, and I look forward to his career at the Edinburgh University with great confidence.

I have become well acquainted with Mr Kay outside his studies, and I have formed a very high opinion of his character. He is a young man of exceptionally high moral tone and of a most gentlemanly bearing. He has been a great influence for good with his fellow-student, and I think that he is very likely to continue to be a power for good wherever he may be and in whatever sphere of life. He has my heartiest goodwill.

PETER ROSS.
